This home stay is absolutely mind-blowing! The warm and friendly young family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was super comfortable and clean, and the food was jaw-droppingly delicious - the best we had in Sri Lanka! The view from the home stay is breathtaking, and the location is perfect - a peaceful escape from the touristy town center, but still an easy walk along the train tracks to get there. We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend it.

Views of the hills, comfortable bed with down pillows. Perfect place to stay not far from which was a short walk from central Ella, the railway track, and the centre. Breakfast was perfect, with great views.

The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making our stay extra special and enjoyable. The location, while not in the center of town, offered stunning views and easy access to Ella Rock. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, and the family went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

the venue was near to where i needed to be, good service, room was tidy. setting next to the centre, the railway tracks. nice surrounding, with location close to ella town center. i loved that cafe chill was located 77 miles of the apartment.

The room was clean and new, equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee and tea amenities, and a work desk, and the location next to the fresh produce market by the station was fantastic.

I had a wonderful time at Sen-Rose in Ella. The owners were fantastic, providing amazing accommodation and delicious food. The room had a beautiful terrace overlooking a mesmerizing waterfall. The peaceful night atmosphere, with the sounds of nature and the waterfall, was truly magical. The breakfast was great and the owners even prepared a delicious dinner for us. Despite a power outage due to bad weather, they apologized sincerely and provided a flashlight for our convenience. They were always helpful and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. I am glad we chose to stay here.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the train station. We loved the experience of walking along the train tracks to get to the hotel, it felt nostalgic and unique. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, we could spend hours just admiring it. The family running the hotel were friendly and accommodating, they helped us with our bags and provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is situated on a hill and there are steps leading up to the accommodation, which could be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from the town, about a 10-minute walk, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Located in a quiet local area away from the main road, the stay here was very pleasant and highly recommended.

gamini's place was exceptional! the room was comfy and clean, the food was delicious, and the views were breathtaking. gamini even took us on a sunrise hike up ella rock. highly recommend!

Stunning valley views, friendly family hosts, and delicious breakfasts. Convenient shortcut walking distance to town. Cozy and spacious rooms. Authentic Sri Lankan experience.

Mountain Views: The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like I was living inside a postcard, surrounded by towering mountains that made me feel like I was in the land of giants.

Slow WiFi: The only downside was the slow WiFi, but let's be honest, it's not the hotel's fault. The WiFi in Ella is as slow as a snail carrying a hundred-pound backpack.

This place was a slice of heaven. Delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast with a waterfall view. Generous owner who organized a tea tour and took our clothes for laundry. Big, clean room with mosquito nets and a wonderful balcony. Easy 10-minute walk to town. Stunning view in the middle of nature.

The location of this homestay is ideal, as it is situated away from the crowded town center and busy main road. Instead, it is conveniently located near Ella town center, accessible via a picturesque walk along the working train tracks. the views from the property are stunning, with the rooms and dining area overlooking the waterfalls and beautiful scenery. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep with the sound of the jungle in the background. the hosts are extremely welcoming and provide excellent service, offering delicious meals and homemade treats upon arrival. the breakfast and dinner options are authentic and tasty.

The wifi can be a bit sporadic at times.

The delightful breakfast was a great start to the day. It's a fantastic base for exploring Mini Adams Peak. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It was perfect for us.
